A senior product and delivery consultant with a strong entrepreneurial and technical background, specialising in taking digital products from concept through to delivery and launch. I bring proven experience in product management combined with disciplined project management, enabling organisations to move from ideas to implemented, commercially viable solutions with clarity and control.
My work spans full product lifecycle ownership, including problem definition, market and stakeholder analysis, product strategy and roadmapping, delivery planning, execution oversight, and post-launch optimisation. I have led and project-managed the design and delivery of multi-tenant SaaS platforms across logistics, retail, financial services, and corporate environments, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, timelines, and budgets.
I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business requirements into structured product backlogs and delivery plans, managing dependencies and risk, and guiding cross-functional teams through build and release.
