A senior product, technology, and delivery leader with entrepreneurial experience building and scaling digital solutions from concept to commercial execution. I work across product strategy, delivery leadership, architecture thinking, operational design, and business growth, with a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into structured, viable products and services that can actually be delivered, adopted, and sustained.
My experience spans the full product and solution lifecycle: identifying the real problem worth solving, shaping strategy and commercial direction, translating business needs into workable product and technical requirements, and leading delivery through to launch and optimisation. I have led complex initiatives across SaaS, enterprise software, retail, data and analytics, workflow automation, financial and operational environments, with exposure ranging from multi-tenant platform design and data product ownership to channel growth, consulting delivery, and executive commercial accountability.
I operate where business, technology, and execution meet. That means I do not only define vision at a high level; I build the structure required to make it real. I am comfortable shaping product roadmaps, defining backlogs, aligning stakeholders, managing risk and dependencies, guiding cross-functional teams, and making practical trade-offs between speed, quality, scalability, and commercial reality. My approach is grounded enough to deal with delivery complexity, but strategic enough to protect long-term product integrity.

I understand multiple platforms, frameworks, data, workflows, architecture patterns, and implementation constraints well enough to challenge weak assumptions, surface risk early, and keep teams anchored in what is both useful and achievable. At the same time, I bring a strong commercial lens shaped by leadership, market-facing roles, and founder-level exposure, which means I consistently evaluate product decisions against adoption, scalability, customer value, and business viability.
